Rising Afrobeat star Shoday, together with collaborator FOLA, has reached a major milestone with their January 2026 single “Paparazzi.” The song climbed to No.1 on the Official Nigeria Top 100, established as Nigeria’s standard chart for music popularity, and has also begun to chart internationally — peaking at No.7 on the U.S. Billboard Afrobeats chart and No.12 on the UK Afrobeats Singles chart.

Released on January 2, the track’s catchy beat and compelling visuals have made it a playlist staple across Nigeria’s radio stations and streaming platforms.
